Preserving History in the County

At one point, this historic home and museum was slated to be burned to the ground by the fire department in the name of fire training. The Longwood Historical Society, in conjunction with generous community donors, were able to save the building from destruction. This beautifully restored and preserved home is a treasure of Seminole County that gives visitors a true sense of stepping back in time.
