About Credit Advisors Group
How We Can Help
With Credit Advisors Group LLC you will experience the benefits of dealing with a company who understands that its existence relies mainly on its integrity and actions with its past and current clients. It does not serve us well to accept every client simply because they apply. Once you have received your credit review you may be invited to employ our services for credit repair. We may find during the review that some of our clients are not necessarily in need of our services but simply need our ideas on improving their credit situation. We do not believe in signing all clients when all they may need is some good direction or professional guidance and solid information!

What Sets Our Company Apart
Over 70 percent of Credit Repair Companies are in the business to make a quick dollar. We are not an average credit repair company. We focus on the credit laws in place to ensure that your creditors are adhering to the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). Our priority to our customers is to help them get their financial life back, and we understand credit can be very confusing. We provide the education you need to completely understand credit and how it works. This education can help you maximize your personal FICO scores as well as equip you with the tools needed to maintain your FICO scores. Navigating the credit repair maze can be very challenging if you are not aware of all of the laws that regulate collectors, creditors, and credit bureaus. Our job is to take that heavy burden off of your shoulders and do all of the work for you so you can be approved again.
Experienced Credit Advisors
Creditors, collectors, and credit bureaus do not always follow the law like many consumers think, this is why you need an experience in this area to get the best results. At CAG we have the expertise and experience that you need to deal with any situation presented by the creditors, collectors, and credit bureaus. Having experience in exercising many federal laws for our clients will not only get you the results you need but we can also get this done within a very reasonable time frame.
Creditor and Collector Disputes
To get the best results, you have to go beyond the credit bureaus as they are just one piece of the puzzle. There are many consumer laws which can be used to help remove inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete information on your credit reports. Some of these laws include the FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, HIPPA, FACTA, FCBA, and much more and we will use these laws to challenge the creditors and collection agencies. We also work closely with an Attorney to ensure all disputes are investigated correctly and this can also help with the deletion of inaccurate or obsolete accounts. Creditor and collector disputes are a part of our services at no further cost.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my credit score go up and does it take a long time?
Usually within 30-45 days you will see changes in your credit scores from the changes made in your reports. You must also understand that your credit score is not only determined by having the negative item(s) removed. It is also determined by the current credit you are also paying on, your debt to credit utilization ratio, debt to income ratio and the number of payments you've made on your good standing accounts.
When will I start seeing results?
Our disputes are fully completed within 3-5 days and sent off to all 3 credit reporting agencies. You will receive responses from them within 30 - 45 days. They will respond individually, and just because one bureau removes a specific negative item off your credit reports does not mean the others must as well. They are all separate entities and conduct investigations differently.
If we are unable to delete any negative items from your credit report in 120 days, we will refund your Initial Audit Fee in full with no hassle. (Exceptions below)
- You cannot have any new collections or missed payments in the time frame we are assisting you.
- You must maintain a Credit Monitoring service throughout the Credit Repair service.
- You agree to send updated reports from the three credit bureaus to us within 5 days of receipt.
Do I still owe the debt once the account has been removed off my credit report?
Once the account has been removed from your credit report and statute of limitation has been reached, legally the company cannot collect the debt anymore. Every state may vary. With that said, we are not consulting you to not pay the debt or to intentionally default on your bills. The company does have the right to sue you in certain situations.
Can I apply for credit during this process?
You should not apply for any credit whatsoever during this process. This can result in minimal to no results and/or the credit repair process may take longer. We are not responsible for any lack of results on our end if you do this throughout the credit restoration process. We do however have affiliates we work with that we will recommend if building positive credit history is needed. Our affiliates do not have credit checks and is almost guaranteed approval.
How can bad credit be deleted?
Negative credit listings are deleted from credit reports each and every day!
Credit Advisors Group utilizes consumer protection laws to investigate accounts believed to be inaccurate and unverifiable. If the investigation shows the accounts are erroneous, we push for the account to be deleted from your credit reports.
